Dear guest,
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Therefore, our facility is equipped with fire protection measures in accordance with the Fire Protection Regulations for Buildings. Please read the following rules carefully and please comply with them throughout your stay.
1. Fire Detection and Extinguishing Systems:
Fire detection sensors and a fire alarm system are installed throughout our facility. The alarm is automatically activated in the event of smoke or fire. Appropriate fire extinguishers are available in every room, common areas, and outdoor areas.
2. Emergency Exits and Evacuation Routes:
Our facility has clear and marked emergency exits and escape routes. Please observe exit signs throughout your stay and follow the designated directions to safely exit the building in case of an emergency.
3. Electrical Devices and Flammable Materials:
Please do not use materials that could create fire in the room, such as candles, electric heaters, incense, camping stoves, etc. It is important for your safety to unplug electrical devices when not in use.
4. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms. Special outdoor areas are available for our guests who smoke. Please extinguish cigarette butts in a manner that will not pose a fire risk and dispose of them in waste bins.
5. What to Do in Case of Fire:

When the fire alarm rings, please head for the nearest emergency exit without panicking.

If there is heavy smoke, move close to the ground.

Fire extinguishers are only for fighting small fires. If the danger is great, your first priority should be to evacuate the building.

Our facility is equipped with a fire alarm system, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers in accordance with fire regulations. Firefighting equipment is readily available in common areas and rooms, and emergency exit directions are clearly marked.
Please do not use flame retardants in rooms and choose designated smoking areas.
2. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, follow the exit signs throughout the building for a quick and safe evacuation. Our staff is trained in this area and will assist you with guidance.

3. Camera and Area Security
The exterior areas of our facility are monitored 24/7 by security cameras. This system is designed to ensure your safety and prevent potential problems. To respect your privacy, only public areas are monitored.
4. Pool and Pier Use
Our heated pool and pier are cleaned and inspected regularly for safety. We kindly ask that you do not enter outside of pool hours, and especially that children are not left unattended.
5. Use of Locks and Safes
Our rooms are equipped with high-security door locks. We recommend that you carry your valuables with you. If our facility has a safe, we recommend using it.
6. Electrical and Technical Safety
All electrical systems are regularly inspected and operated in accordance with regulations. In the event of electrical malfunctions, please do not intervene; our technical support team will assist you.
7. Natural Environment and Animals
Because our facility is located in a natural setting, you may encounter natural wildlife in the area. Please be respectful of nature and do not approach or feed the animals. Please inform our staff if necessary.
