The Zero Waste Project is based on the principle of preventing waste, using resources more efficiently, reducing waste generation and supporting recycling systems. In this context, we attach great importance to separating waste at the source at Sepetçi Lake House. Thanks to the recycling bins positioned in a way that our guests can easily access, waste such as paper, glass, plastic and metal are collected separately and delivered to the relevant recycling centers. Organic waste is evaluated in the compost system to be converted into natural fertilizer.

We prioritize reusable materials such as glass and metal by minimizing the use of single-use plastic products in our facility. In our kitchens and common areas, environmentally friendly options that do not harm nature are preferred for cleaning products used. We also contribute to the protection of natural resources with technological systems that save water and energy.
